Yes, Marie got some chicks for her birthday. I tried to convince her to name the Rhoad Island Red Providence, but instead she chose the name Rosie (the other is Daisy). They'll be full-grown in August and everyone is invited for pot pie.
Cute pictures! Thanks for posting them. He's been talking about the chicks, "wetting Allie's bed" and spilling hot chocolate so "she changed the bed again" since he got home yesterday. He also was so proud of his spiked hair and Sunday clothes. Thanks for having him! He had a blast.
Oh my goodness, I can't believe you guys got chicks too! We got them for the kids for Easter this year! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MARIE!! LOVE the Birthday Hat! :)
